Blue Lozenge helps senior leaders in health and social care to harness the power of strategic communications, giving them a Blueprint for leadership so they can focus on improving the lives of the communities they serve.
As the health and social care system embraces the next stage of its journey, integrated care needs integrated communication. We are building a strategic consultancy that will make our own unique contribution to this process – by supporting its leaders and giving them space to lead.
We believe that communication is the sister of leadership and has an essential and critical role to play in healthcare. Effective, strategic and empathetic communication is essential to both patient safety and the behaviour change needed in public health.
