Over a 30 year career working in communications consultancy, Jim has led campaigns and teams at some of the world’s leading PR agencies.  Before joining Blue Lozenge, Jim was CEO of the UK and Middle East at leading global consultancy FleishmanHillard. Now undertaking a portfolio career, Jim is a non-exec adviser, strategic adviser and mentor to a number of organisations in the public relations and marketing industries.

Matthew Hopkins is the Chief Executive of Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. He is an experienced NHS leader, having previously served as CEO of Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust and before that, as CEO of Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals. He began his career as a nurse in the NHS.
